Derby DFC invite you to their 7th Rudolph Five a Side Football Tournament and Party on December 8th 2007.
Derby DFC look forwards to see all the teams returning to roll up their sleeves and play top football at the exclusive JJB Soccer Dome for a chance of winning the trophy to take home for a year!

In order to enter your team or teams, please fill in the entry form and return it to Derby DFC ASAP with an appropriate payment at the address shown above.
The closing date is strictly 17th November 2007.
Please make cheques or postal orders to Derby Deaf Football Club.
Teams are accepted on a first come, first served basis so the earlier you enter the more chance you have of guaranteeing your team a space in the exciting tournament.
Once we have received your entry form with an appropriate payment, confirmation of your place in our tournament will be sent along with further information such as map & directions to JJB Soccer Dome and evening presentation, rules and others etc.
It costs £77 per team including 7 evening presentation party tickets. The evening presentation will take place at the Heritage Hotel, located in the centre of Derby town! No need for taxis this year! The doors will open at 7.30pm till late.
