The Johnny Depp Birthday Project 2008!
On June 9 it is Johnny's birthday as we know.
This year we want to do something specialfrom his fans to him, the idea is this:
I have a huge book and everyone can join, you can make a collage for Johnny no bigger then 600 x 400 or you can send a picture of yourself with a special birthday wish for Johnny or you can write a note for him and scan it.
Those are just examples but you get the idea.
I will print everything out on good strong paper and put it in the Johnny Depp Birthday book.
It is the 20th of April 2008 now and I will send the book to Johnny to one of his adresses his Agent Tracey Jacobs or to his production company Infinitum Nihil two or three weeks before his birthday.

Johnny Nominated for a MTV Movie Awards!
The nominations for the MTV movie awards have been announced. Johnny has 2 nominations!! Not Best Actor but best comedic performance (Captain Jack) and best villain (Sweeney). AWE and ST had pretty sparse nom's this year, oh well. You can apparently vote at the MTV site:

Johnny to voice SpongeBob SquarePants Character?
AR: I also direct for various other studios, and for Nickelodeon, I worked on a series called Avatar, and I also do Spongebob Squarepants, and because Spongebob is such an enormous hit, many actors actually approach us, wanting to do it because... well, a lot of actors, the work that they do on-camera, in films, their children can't watch. Maybe they're R-rated movies, or just movies that aren't appropriate for small children... But they'll call us up and say, "My kid is a huge fan of Spongebob Squarepants."
David Bowie called and asked if he could be part of Spongebob Squarepants, Gene Simmons from KISS, and his significant other, Shannon Tweed, they came in and did some guest roles. Dennis Quaid has been asking to come in and read, and I'm a huge fan of his... I'm actually scheduled to record Johnny Depp in a couple of weeks. Those are all surprises, and those are all people who came to us.
Tracey Jacobs Heads to Endeavor:
Word over the Defamer transom this morning suggests yet another high-profile agency move, with UTA partner Tracey Jacobs reportedly packing her bags (and clients including Johnny Depp) for the greener pastures of Endeavor. Jacobs' departure would follow that of her colleagues Nick Stevens, Sharon Sheinwold and Lisa Hallerman earlier this month, further driving rumors of a UTA merger or sell-off as the talent division melts down.
Jacobs joined UTA in 1998, bringing along Depp, Joan Cusack, Vincent D'Onofrio and filmmakers Lasse Hallstrom and Mark Pellington from her previous perch at ICM. Those names will join her at Endeavor, which bulked up considerably this month with Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller (the latter leading Stevens' "comedy wheel" exodus) signing on across Wilshire Boulevard. No comment yet from Jacobs or leadership at either agency, though we presume UTA boss Jim Berkus should have an anonymous Craigslist post offering surplus office furniture online by the end of the day. Are Johnny and Vanessa getting married?
A source in the family says that Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis might get married soon on June 14th this year in Georgie,Florida.
Added fuel to the previously existent wedding talk, Johnny Depp is said to have been planning to wed Vanessa Paradis on June 14 later this year. The pair, who have been together for ten years and already had two children together, have always insisted they don't feel the need to make their relationship official, but French singer Vanessa is now keen to walk down the aisle.
Vanessa recently told Johnny she'd like to get married, a source close to the Paradis-Depp family has stated. And Johnny, being the amazing man he is, is willing to make it happen. "Johnny loves Vanessa very much, and he said if that's what would make her happy, then he'd marry her," the source added.
The wedding reportedly will likely take place in Georgia's Tybee Island since "They wanted to make it convenient for Johnny's family in Florida." Depp and Vanessa's children, Lily-Rose and Jack meanwhile "are really excited about it. Actually the whole family is excited," the source went on saying.
Invitations, still according to the same source, will be sent out in a few weeks.
Depp who previously was married to makeup artist Lori Anne Allison in the 80s, has previously said of his relationship with Vanessa, "For all intents and purposes, we are married," adding that, "if [Vanessa] ever said, 'Hey, let's get hitched,' I would do it in a second."
No official verification nor denial issued by the couple and their camps just yet.
