Message to the STEP organization

The 5th Student Technologists and Entrepreneur of the Philippines -
National Skills & Competition (STEP - NSDC 2007) is a venue for all
secondary students to determine the level of their technical and
vocational skills and to recognize the most skilled in specific fields.
Possessions of satisfactory level of skills are very necessary nowadays
to find a meaningful employment amidst a very competitive environment
whether or not these students will pursue their college studies.
Technical and Vocational (Tech-Voc) Education is one of my priority
programs aimed at ensuring that all students the we produce will
become productive citizens of this country.

For this reason, I wished to congratulate the organizers and
participants for making this year's competition a successful event.
This initiative is a meaningful contribution to our endeavor of
providing our student an opportunity to excel and be recognized.
