The Order of Demon Reavers

Thor's Knights against the forces of Chaos

Overveiw

Warriors with different backgrounds were brought together by a Germanic entity best known as Thor to hunt demons. As these hunters gathered together in Aethenu, they became more militarized. Demon Reaver Elders were eventually granted land holdings in Aethenu giving them a place to gather resources. Over time they built a keep and organized themselves into an order of knights with their patron as Thor. The Order of Demon Reavers  now support Aethenu along with the ability of  assaulting demons on a much larger  scale.

The cross is a western version of the yin yang as it represents balance and nature.

  • Bottom horizontal line: Destructive forces
  • Vertical line: The Source

It also has mortal symbolism.

  • Vertical line: The Soul

The Order's cross above the skull of a vanquished demon, along with thorns, a protective symbol tied to Thor.

 

A Demon Reaver

Three Primary Objectives:

First Objective of a Reaver
Defend those who cannot defend themselves
*Do not let honor render you foolish.

Second Objective of a Reaver
Defeating demons of all sorts (even though they are few and far between). Namely those which feed upon us or wish to enslave humanity.
*The seemingly invincible can and will be defeated.

Third Objective of a Reaver
Defend the ideal of freedom where the government serves the community and the community fears nothing.
*A Reaver stands between community and that which it fears, using sense, wisdom, and skill to resolve the problem.
