Do not recrute
we whole heartidly want you to invite people you know
to -=Delta=- but do not recrute them. only SCs
(supreme comanders) can recrute.

do not wear tags before the OK
Anyone who does this will not ever be able to get there
tags. wait for myself or SC Chaos Legons to give the OK.
