Dellabrooke Cakes

Dellabrooke Cakes is a family run cakery, founded by two close cousins Hailey Harris and Ally Becker. It started with a shared love of all things sweet and blossomed into a well trained, enterprising, cake-baking dynamic duo.

Hailey is the older, wiser, and some say more beautiful of the two founders of Dellabrooke Cakes. She is a Wilton trained level 3 Cake Master. Her skills include tiered cakes, rolled fondant and intricate piping detail.

When she's not slaving away in the kitchen she attends the University of Maryland, College Park as a Junior. Hailey hopes to one day own her own business and retire young.  

In addition to attending school, making cakes, and being amazing, she also enjoys several hobbies including swimming, rockclimbing, scuba diving, painting, and crocheting.

 

Ally Becker is the second and most talented of the two founders of Dellabrooke Cakes. She too is a Wilton trained, level 3 Cake Master. Ally's specialties included royal icing decorations, using buttercream, and perfecting recipes.

In addition to her superior baking skills Ally is aspiring to become an amazing Chef. Her specialties include grilled cheeses and egg omelets but she plans to branch out even further.

When Ally isn't busy in the kitchen she attends Sherwood High School as a Sophomore. Ally is also a dedicated athlete, playing for the varsity Sherwood lacrosse team as well as running track and cross country for the Sherwood Warriors.
