Let me say a few words about our
dogs and Elaeth philosophy.
Our borders live indoors, as
a part of the family. They are not just objects to satisfy our effects. The
reason for the low number of dogs is that we want to give them all what they
need.
Our aim is to breed healthy
Border Collies which are capable of performing the job they were originally
bred for. We also strive for type, conformation,
substance and movement. We will breed for the quality of each dog. That
means studying hundreds of hours on dogs, their pedigrees and relatives to
choose the right breeding combination. Parents will be always hip scored
and eye tested. If you are planning a puppy from us, please expect to answer
lots of questions. We have to be sure, that you and your possible dog would be a
great team.
For me, as a breeder, the co-operation will not end, when you'll pay the puppy. Each
dog breed by me is also my responsibility for life. Each puppy will go
to a new home eye tested by an eye specialist between 7 and 8 weeks of age,
appropriate vaccineed, wormed, socialised and will be given to the new owners with lots of love.
