Please email us your letters of support to the address above we will forward them to Richard. Also email your Government asking them to write to Governor Jeb Bush asking him to remove Richard off Death Row. Why not start up your own petition  and mail it to Governor Bush.

Richard Shere has been on DEATH ROW in Florida for 14 years for a crime he did NOT commit.

2 Jurors on Richards appeal were at his high school.

1 Juror should not have been on the appeal because her family member was a victim of a homocide.

The shooter blamed Richard and now Richard has to pay the price.

Richard has a wonderful 14 year old boy who has to visit his daddy in prison.

The state of Florida did NOT give Richard a fair trial.

He was represented by two new young lawyers who had never worked on a capitol case.

We are asking the Governor of Florida to remove Richard off Death Row so he can have a fair trial.
