New Trees!
New for the Scalerail East Midlands show at Shepshed, I decided to have a go at building trees. An early view here!
The Wills kit Coal stage was also replaced by something a little more 'decrepit' - all those matchsticks did get painted in time!
The fence in the foreground is a standard Ratio product, I was going to build something to replace it, till I discovered the plastikote silver paint- thinned it does a good job of representing old mossy wood!
Here is the start of my webpage, detailing the planning and constrction of DEADWATER BURN. A 4mm Scale EM GAUGE model railway layout set in the late 1960's
The layout is almost complete, just the final detail to add now!
The layout is available for exhibitions: Its first exhibition was the LYDCC show in Rawtenstall, Lancs. OCT 2007, and has subsequently visited 'Scalerail East Midlands' April 2008
