My Goody Box

I couldn't have a website without sharing some of my personal beauties with my great clients. I wish I could say all my girls were pristine or museum quality but like most collectors I have a budget to work with. So although most of my dolls have required a little work, I love them just the same and I like to think that each of them carries a little piece of me with them. So sit back and enjoy and I hope that each one brings you a little smile like they do to me :)

Authentic Blonde #1 Ponytail

This is what most Vintage Barbie Collectors dream of. I purchased her from her original owner who told me she loved her very much and carried her everywhere she went.

Authentic Brunette #2 Ponytail

Every time I see this girl she takes my breath away. How I wonder what it was like to open her on Christmas morning back in 1959.

Blonde #3 Ponytail

This girl is a show stopper! She is one of the very few pristine dolls I own. I paid quite a bit for her but she is worth every penny and more.

1961 Jet Black Bubblecut

This is the one that started it all, my aunt's 1961 Jet Black Bubblecut. Not only is this doll beautiful but she also holds a lot of sentimental value.

1961 Rare Brownette Bubblecut

I know this girl's on my before and afters but I am just so happy with the outcome that I had to post her here as well. I think for a $40 investment, I did pretty well!

1961 Titian Bubblecut

This is one of my prettiest Bubblecuts. She has the biggest all original lips I've ever seen. She reminds me of my favorite redhead, Lucille Ball.

1961 Blonde Bubblecut

This is one of my most unique Bubblecuts. She definitely has her own style, check out that beehive!

1965 Hi-Color Ash Blonde American Girl

This is my favorite American Girl! She is gorgeous in Gold n' Glamour!

1965 American Girl Side Part

Much harder to find than her Japanese counterpart, here is a very pretty example of a low color American Girl Side Part. Her buttercream lips go perfectly with her big gingerale colored hair.

1965 Ideal "Dracky" The Mini-Monster

Besides Barbie, I have many other loves. Here I have an extremely rare doll from the 60's know as "Dracky" the "Mini-Monster". These dolls were based on the hit television show, "The Munsters". When Ideal failed to acquire the licensing for them, they just marketed them as the "Mini-Monsters". This doll has amazing coloring and a really unique facial sculpt. Besides him, three other characters were produced, "Vampy", "Franky", and "Wolfy". If you happen to have any of these other characthers PLEASE LET ME KNOW as I am very interested in obtainign the entire colleciton.
