OOAK Porcelain Lucille Ball

There are so many Lucy Ricardo dolls on the market that I felt it was time to make a post Lucy Ricardo in the 60's era. I used an older porcelain doll I had already. I repainted her face, gave her a custom hair piece, and created a dress that was inspired by an outfit she wore in a photo shoot.

OOAK Commissioned Cher

Working on fashion dolls besides Barbie is always refreshing. Here I have a OOAK Cher doll (the first one by Mattel's Timeless Treasures). The customer wanted her rerooted with platinum hair and wanted a more realistic face. I think I got her look down 100%

Extremely Rare 1950's "I Love Lucy" Ragdoll

Along with collecting Barbie, I'm also a huge Lucille Ball Fan. Here I have a rare piece of "I Love Lucy" history. It was rumored that these doll were given out as promotional items for "I Love Lucy" and Lucy and Desi's film, "The Long Long Trailer". I purchased this doll for my own collection and she needed some TLC. I repainted the lips, touched up her right eyebrow, and tamed her yarn bangs. Bandana is a replica.

OOAK Linda Carter as Wonder Woman

This mego doll was sent to me for a more realistic rendition of the original Wonder Woman. Although the face paint on these Mego dolls isn't the greatest, Mego did pay close attention to features and that makes restoring these dolls a bit easier for me. This Linda was fully rerooted and entirely repainted to make her look more realistic.

OOAK Cher Doll (New Las Vegas Look)

With her FABULOUS new show in Las Vegas, I thought it was time to bring my two favorite hobbies together; My love for Cher and my love for recreating one of a kind dolls. Before I start I must say that this is truly a labor of LOVE!! I have meticulously tried to capture every single detail of the outfit Cher wore to the 50th Anniversary Grammy's and her recent new look for her Vegas show. As all us Cher fans know, Cher wears what she likes reguardless of what the critics say (Isn't that why we love her?!?). Cher has never been one to go with the trends and when she wore this oufit (which I like to call Gothic Couture) it was no exception. This outfit was called everything from "Trash bag dress" to "Cobweb Couture" but I think it personifies Cher down to the last seam.
