My name is Sean Day, and I own and run Day's Runnin Tans Rabbitry, a soon to be ARBA registered rabbitry located in Bellevue, MI.

I am a recent graduate of Bellevue High School. I plan on attending Kellogg Community College this fall, majoring in Pre-Veterinary Studies and transfering to either Michigan State University, Ohio State University or the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign to get my DVM. 

I have 6 dogs. At the moment I have 12 rabbits, however only nineTans and one Lilac.  I have rencently added all 4 varieties of Tans to my rabbitry. I am in the process of selling out of my other stock to breed only Tans, and Lilacs.  You can see what stock I have for sale on my For Sale Page

I am the Youth Representative on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Llama Association (MLA), the President of my Llama 4H club,The Llama Lluv Society, The State Coordinator for the Southeast Llama Rescue
, and Treasurer of the
Country Friends 4H Club, both in Leslie Michigan. 

I have a wonderful girlfriend named Heather, who owns and runs Whispering Woods Rabbitry in Dansville Michigan.  We have been dating since December 2nd of 2006. 

I recently attended the Alpaca and Llama Show Association (ALSA) Grand National Show in Lincoln Nebraska, where I took first place in Senior Youth Llama Judging.

I have an Older Sister (Tosha), Brother-In Law (Nik) a 6-year-old Niece (Haley) a one year old Nephew(Noah), 2 younger Brothers (Mike and Andrew) and a Younger Sister(Aundria).

I have been breeding rabbits for a little less than a year and at the moment I am strictly breeding Tans and Lilacs.

I can easily house 20 rabbits however I do hover around 30 most of the time. 

I am currently studying to become an ARBA Registrar and plan on eventually becoming an ARBA and ALSA Judge. 

I am a member of the ALSA,  MLA, ARBA, MSRBA, and ATRSC.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, talking online and on the phone, meeting new people and of course going to rabbit and llama shows  Click here for random pics of me and my friends
