Saint Lawrence Residence is one of the remaining Neo-Classical dwellings in St Lawrence Street, Vittoriosa. It commands a wonderful position over the Grand Harbour Marina and is situated within the historic city of Vittoriosa, with many facilities close by, including a swimming place nearby (150 m walk). It is a much loved family home, and has been in the same hands since it acquired its present form in 1996.
			The original house has been subdivided into apartments which can be linked if required. A common roof terrace is available for use by guests. The hall of the house leads to the tranquil St Lawrence Street, a stone's throw from the Vittoriosa Marina, with its bars, restaurants and Casino di Venezia, beyond which is the St Angelo bathing place.
Each apartment* has a balcony overlooking the magnficent Grand Harbour Marina and enjoys spectacular views of Isla and Valletta. There is a common sun-bathing roof terrace which can be enjoyed by residents. (*except the lower apartment)
			Free on-street parking is available directly behind the house, next to the local self-service store. St Lawrence street leads directly to the centre of Vittoriosa: Victory Square, where a range of shops are to be found. Not to be missed is the 'Tuesday' market held just outside the city walls.
