Excellent...I enjoyed the triumph through adversity in this excellent poetry book, which gives hope amidst suffering. Would recommend this book for anybody, especially those who have or are going through some kind of suffering or know someone who is; that there is hope at the end of the tunnel and Jesus Christ is our hope.

Excellent - God is always there
I loved the book and will read it often. The writing is a lighthouse, hope in the darkness of dispair of outer circumstances and inner pain that doesn't seem to end resulting in a feeling that there is nothing to live for anymore; then because God who is rich in mercy, sunshine breaks through and the rainbow brings hope. Deeply heart wrenching. I don't think this book can be read without tears shed as the heart in the agony, struggle and pain reaches toward our heavenly home to Christ Jesus our final hope and home. 'I'm not far away' and 'Never bite the Master's hand he might stop feeding me' was expecially meaningful to me refering to the fact that God is love, full of mercy, longsuffering but who can stand under the wrath of God.

"A Regal Heart" Reviews

This short novel is a lightning journey through a special woman's unusual life.

On the day of Victoria's second wedding, she looks back on her life up to that point. Starting at age nine when her father went off to "the hospital" and never returned, readers share the heroine's memories of a sweet romance and a sadly failed marriage, a heartbreaking loss, and finding the courage to keep going in the face of despair. But finding new love with an old friend is not the only good thing that's about to happen to Victoria. She's in for a number of surprises on her wedding day and in the weeks to follow.

A Regal Heart is a sweet Christian romance with a strong message of hope and a gentle reminder that our lives and loves are in the hands of the Most High God. Its brevity makes it an easy read; the wholesome content makes it a clean one.

If you're looking for short, sweet, godly fiction, you've found it!

"Lightning Strikes, Love Ignites" Reviews

Book Review “Lighting Strikes, Love Ignites” By Michael A. Mata [ No Rating ] 16 May 2007 (updated 16 May 2007)
“Is there a place, where I am only seen by God? Where the heavens themselves, know my face. Where there is no need of the temporary comforts, for then I would abide in His holy grace.” Entitled “Awaken the New Dawn” Or “The lonely single mother, whose tears are only over-shadowed by the cries and well-being of her children. The battered and fearful, who feel, as though they somehow inherently deserve their painful fate.” Entitled “The Women of love” from the book “Lighting Strikes, Love Ignites” After reading most of his Book, I can really relate to these poems. “Awaken the New Dawn,” captures the missing puzzle or the sense that something is missing in our lives, which is our final destination…Heaven. “The Women of Love,” David shares a little about his feelings towards single mothers that face the world a lone, with their children by their side, fear of the unknown can be overwhelming. Of course, there is much more to these poems.

In many of his poems and prayers, David G. Boggs shares some of his most talented work of poetry. David is an Author/Writer, which in every passage, poem, or stories he writes about; David sends a positive message to the reader. Even after writing two other books, “A Regal Heart” and “ Crossroads of Seasons,” David G Boggs, continues to excel in his writing career. His Books are an inspiration with a positive impact for readers out there. David…Great Job.
