I am an acoustic/folk protest singer. My songs are about the notions of freedom, terrorism, war and apartheid with the occasional tale of love and adventure.

I started playing the folk clubs and bars of Devon (UK) in 2006; I spent a year playing in and around Seoul, South Korea; played a few gigs in Europe, and I am now currently living in Exmouth, Devon, UK.

We live in a world where many of us are at peace. There are no wars in our countries, no starvation across our lands and we believe we have a certain amount of freedom, provided mainly by the fact that we are rich and educated.

But there are many in the world who are not at peace. There are many who live in lands that are at war (Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan, Somalia etc) and many who starve in these lands (throughout Africa and other parts of the world) and who believe they are not free (the recent protests in Myanmar and Tibet for example).

Too often is the case that those who are at peace are keeping those who are not at peace in a state of unrest. Those who are rich strive only to become richer whilst making those who are poor even poorer.

We are all part of the same race, and to a greater degree we are all part of our world and we are all children of the universe. We should be working together for the peace of everyone, regardless of race, gender, beliefs, or anything. We need to realise that we as a people truly hold the power, and that government sand organisations are only percieved to have power because we give it to them.

We should stand together as one race, without boders or divides, and refuse to fight the wars that they want us to fight. We need to realise that we are all the same, no matter what our differences are.
