Lorelai: hey Hun
Kacie: need coffee!
Lorelai: coming right  up
Kacie: thanks
Kacie: so this whole thing its
[Lorelai stops her  sentence]
Lorelai: trust me I wouldn't want It any other way
Kacie: I just  don't know how to feel.
Kacie: its weird Liz and I weren't very close most of  the time she was out
of town selling her stupid jewelry.
Lorelai: Kacie
Kacie: There wasn't enough time
[tears start running down Kacie’s face  Lorelai goes over to comfort her]
Kacie: it’s only been a week only a  week
Lorelai: I know sweetie I know
[Luke goes through the front and hears  Kacie crying he remembers Liz is no
longer living and walks into the kitchen to  help Lorelai comfort Kacie.
[cut to nighttime in the kitchen]
Kacie: I'm  going to bed
Lorelai: are you sure your going to be ok
Kacie: I'm  sure
[1:00am Lorelai’s bedroom]
[Lorelai wakes up to see Luke’s face  filled with tears]
Lorelai: is this about Liz?
Luke: I guess I just can't  get over it. I remember last week at the same
time as right now I got a phone  call and it was from the hospital telling me
that Liz was there]
Lorelai: I  remember
Lorelai: I've never seen you like this
Luke: I know
Lorelai:  it’s just
Luke: everything will be ok I'll be ok
[Lorelai snuggles next to  Luke helping him get through the loss of his
sister]
[7:00am in the  morning]
Kacie: oh my!
Lorelai: god lower your voice
[ this is bad I'm  sleeping naked and so is Luke who is sound asleep and my
daughter walks in and  oh now I feel stupid}
Kacie: its ok I'll go
Lorelai: no uh let me just get  some clothes on and I’ll drive u 2 school
Kacie: you sure?
Lorelai: ya  just I'll meet you down
Luke: what’s going on?
[Luke gets out of bed  completely exposed not knowing it]
Kacie: dad no!
[Lorelai puts her hand  over Kacie’s eyes]
Lorelai: uh Hun you have no clothes
Luke: oh my
Kacie: no its ok I really can't / didn’t see anything
Lorelai: ok Kacie  why don't you just go downstairs
Kacie: ok but why are there beer bottles  everywhere?
Lorelai: it’s a long story I'll tell you in the car
Kacie: ok  I can't wait
Lorelai: ok so run along now
Kacie: I will
[Kacie leaves  the room]
Luke: this is so embarrassing
Lorelai: to me oh you don't need  to be its not like we haven't had sex before
Luke: no for our daughter to see  me naked
Lorelai: then yes I guess
Lorelai: but she didn’t really see  anything
Luke: I think I'm drunk
Lorelai: yes Hun you are
Lorelai: you  know she did watch the video in health class
Luke: very funny now can you  help me get dressed?
Luke: I'm having trouble standing up straight
Lorelai: yes come on we don't want to keep Kacie waiting
