Looking for Love
Ever heard the old adage that you can't go looking for love? I've found it to be true.
You can't look for love, but if you put yourself out there, so you can be found, love will find you.
The best way to find love is to get involved in the act of living. Do what you like and look for people in those organizations that are doing what they like to do. You'll find someone else to share the activity and the day with.
Some ways to do that include:
- Getting involved in your church.
- Write an Ad for an Online Community
- Get involved in your community.
- Join a sports team and play, or go watch.
- Visit the library and read.
- Go to the park on a busy summer afternoon and invite someone to play ball with you.
- Join an organization.
- Go to a coffee shop and visit with total strangers over a cup of java.
- Introduce yourself to people you meet and pass out business cards with your email address when you meet someone you'd like to know better.
