DARUL-SALLAM INTERGRATED SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED, (DISNL), is at a very high esteem of introducing our fast growing company,which was incorporated in Nigeria at the CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION of the FEDERAL MINISTRY OF TRADE AND COMMERCE, under the Companies and Allied Matters Acts and the company is limited by Shares.
Following the substantial economic reformation under the new administrations of President Olusegun Obasanjo which was earlier long hobbled by political instability,corruption and poor macroeconomic management under the Nigeria's former military rulers which failed to diversify the powerful economy from overdependency on the capital intensive oil sector which provides 20percent of GDP,
95percent of foreign exchange earnings and about 65percent of budgetary revenues to other sectors like Agriculture, Transportations/Automobiles, Banking and Finance, Manufacturing etc had failed to keep the country up during these periods of military
junta and with respect to the succesful transitions to a civilian government in the year 1999, the country with a population of about 150millions, which is obviously the largest in Sub-Saharan Africa with reasonably skilled and potential manpower for the efficient and effective management of investment projects across the country had
started drawing the interests of several investors into the various sectors of economy of the country and this led to the birth of DARUL-SALLAM INTERGRATED SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED in support to these investors both locally and abroad.
DISNL, engages in diversify trade and investments services in Petroleum, Oil and Gas, Constructions, Manufacturing, Agro-Allied, Chemicals, Importations and Expotations, Media and Marketing, Manufacturers and Sales Representative, Technical Reports Writing and Trade and Investment Consultancy Services..
In January 2004, the final approval and certificate of incorporation was issued from the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Government of Nigeria and the company had being incorporated to carrying out the underlisted:
* Co-ordinating, Monitoring, Encouraging, and Providing necessary assistance and guidance for the establishment and operation of foreign enterprises in Nigeria.
* Collecting, collating, analysing and disseminating information about investment opportunities and sources of investments capital and advise on request, the availability, chance or suitability of partners in joint-venture projects.
* Initiating, organising and participating in promotional activities such as exhibitions, conferences and seminars for the stimulation of investments in Nigeria.
* Technical reports writing like feasibility studies,recommendation reports, comparison reports, market survey for the success of such an investments which shall highlight the investments climate for Nigerian and non- Nigerian Investors.
* Manufacturers agent and sales representatives, Distributors, business support services and consultancy.
* Advertising, Media and Marketing Services.
* Liason between the manufacturers and other parties.
