Holographic Star Wars

First of all, what is a Holograph? Hologram? Holographic Action Figure? A Holograph is a piece of plastic which represents a Star Wars character manufactured by a Company with the specific intention that it is a lifelike image of the Star Wars character. Below is some information in regards to Star Wars Holograms and Holographs of Darthoz's Personal Collection of Holographic Items (* Denotes Prototypes) which are RARE and hard to find, a Blue * asterisk indicates a new 2006 release and MU LTICOLOR indicates that the item has various colors. A good example of this is Brown pants, Blue shirt, etc... I am including some of my personal Holographs from my collection here and they are NOT for sale! Latest Update on new Holographic Items I collect all Holographic, Translucent, Spirit, Ghost figures and whatever else one chooses to call them. A example of a Holographic/Holograph figure is the small Bluish Holographic Obi Wan Kenobi that was released with the 2004 Senator Bail Organa and the 2004 Holographic Luke Skywalker at Jabba's palace. There is a new Spirit of Obi-Wan Kenobi 2004 (Original Trilogy Collection) with a Translucent finish just like the Luke Skywalker, a Red and Yellow Geonosian Holo Table from Attack of the Clones - episode II, a new release of Emperor Palpatine - Executor Transmission. My recommendation is to wait until the price comes down. They are fetching a rather high price on ebay these days. Around $20.00+ for a carded version. There are a slew of Bust Up's just released: Clear Yoda, Spirits of the Rebellion (C-3PO, Han Solo, Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker), Darth Maul and Darth Vader. There is a Purple 3 Inch Princess Leia (San Diego Comic Convention), 3 Inch Yoda "Kashyyyk Transmission" from Return of the Sith - Episode III, 3 Inch Purple Emperor Palpatine from Return of the Sith. I did a Pre-Order on a Blue Plo Koon and a Blue Aayla Secura which I received November 2005. I just discovered on ebay that there are at least 14 new Holographs just released January 2006. I have purchased some of the new ones and they are indicated with a Blue * asterisk. Look for new Holographic items here or information about them if you collect Holograms. The same 12 in Blue were later released in 2006 in Red. Star Wars Bust Ups introduced 17 new Holographs in 2007!

Holo Table

Holo TableEMERALDCITYOFOZSCOLLECTIBLESThe Holo Table was first seen on Geonosis in the War Room with Count Dooku/Lord Dooku/Darth Tyranus and his cronies in Attack of the Clones - Episode II. There are two (2) halves that make up the Table. It is a rather large Holographic item. Approximately five (5) inches in diameter. The table is Red and the four (4) ships that depict the attack scene are in Yellow. Back to Table of Contents

Other variants that have been discovered are: Spirits of the Rebellion: Luke, Leia, Han & C3PO. A Borders Books Exclusive Orange Copper Tinted Bronze Chewbacca, Blue Darth Sidious, Blue Darth Maul, Blue Darth Vader, Blue Spirit of Obi-Wan Kenobi (Mos Eisley Cantina).

The collectors were crazy about the Anakin Skywalkwer Smoke Variant. The Anakin Skywalker Chase Variant is a difficult one to find randomly inserted in shipments by Gentle Giants that were sent out. It is a dark Holograph which is very well detailed.

One item we must mention here is very exciting for us. It is a Chameleon Droid which is "Partially Holographic". The tips of the legs are clear plastic clearly representing a Holographic Star Wars item. We will soon have a image here for all to see. The regular version has solid Dark Brown or Dark Bronze colored legs.
