Pen Modification

JP Lakubo MMX

This is another new mod I made. It's not retractable nor writeable.

Tutorial

1-Uniball Lakubo Back part: Poke a hole in it so that the inktube can completly go through.
2-Sailor Needle Line back part
3-G2 / G-Knock barrel-Cut it so that it's 4.5cm long. then sand it
4-Sailor Needle Line cap: Use a nail cutter to snap off the clip then sand it
5-Sailor Needle Line Grip
6-Uniball Lakubo Barrel: Cut the front tip (use hand saw because it's not removable). Then remove the Grip (Grip is glued on, so pull hard) and sand off the bumpy part.

8-Uniball Lakubo Inktube

Assembly

Note: It would say #1 and #4 or something like that. that means the parts above. If it says #1-4-8 or something like that, that means the combine part of #1,4,and 8.

  1. Put the insert into #6. Then put #7 on the front part of #6. Wrap the smaller insert around the thin part of #6 and little of #7. Then put #3 on it. If you are worried about the #7 falling off, (Which shouldn't if you put insert) then use super glue to keep it on.
  2. Put #2 into #4 then put #5 into #4.
  3. Put #8 in #6 reversed, and put #1 to cover it. Now the inktip should be popping out of #1.
  4. Put #2-4-5 on #1
  5. You are done! Spin away!
