Kathryn E. Darden

Kathryn Darden is the author of several books including "How to Promote a Benefit Concert on a Shoestring Budget" (1990)and "How to Promote Your Book on a Shoestring Budget" (2006). She is currently working on a book of family history and genealogy titled: The Ransoms of Ransom Place and the Dardens of Tick Hill - A History of the Ransom and Darden Families of Una, Tennessee to be released the end of this year.

She has compiled numerous poetry anthologies including several editions of "The Anthology of Christian Poetry" and "The Mayberry Poem: A Tribute to Mayberry"

Darden has been writing for local newspapers and magazines since the mid 1980s. Her articles and photos have appeared in numerous publications including CCM Magazine, she was a staff writer for Barbie Bazaar Magazine and Millers Magazine, and a regular contributor to The Westview Newspaper and other papers.
