We have have now decided to sell our house that you have all been reading about for the past couple of years.
This is because we have bought another house, which is our dream place and we believe more than one house is too much trouble for us to manage and we would like to put the money from the sale of the house to better use.
Our place has been recently renovated, and is a 2 story house with outbuildings, and on each floor is a 1 bed, bathroomed apartment.
Each is self contained and would be ideal as a holiday home or to live on one floor and rent out the other or keep for family use.
It has business potential as is ready to go as 2 rented apartments, with seperate washong facilities, shared above ground pool and private fenced in garden at the back of the house away from the street.
The house is near the center of a very popular rural village so close to all amenities yet quiet and private.
There is parking available at the front of the house for 2 cars.
We will still be living in the village so if anyone did want it as a business we could property manage the house in their absence.
