Keeping the garden tidy and cut during the summer advertises that the house is being watched and not neglected.
We offer a fortnightly security visit (or weekly if desired) usually during the winter months (if we are looking after your pool and garden we are there every week during the summer).
We check the grounds and outbuildings, doors and windows, and the house for leaking pipes/roofs etc. We pick up and forward post to you.
If there are any problems we let you know and anyone else who needs to know (police etc) If there has been a storm or really adverse weather, we check to make sure all is well.
This gives you peace of mind knowing someone is looking after your property while you are not there.
