Imagine being born into a world, where your very exsistance is considered a sin, and a death sentance if discovered. Imagine now that the very people whom seek to slay you, are the very people you were created to protect, every thousand years the physical and metaphysical worlds collide opening portals to the underworld, allowing all manner of unnamed evil and demons to cross thru and destroy the human race. In times past we were known as the protectors,. but the legends of our exsistance have been forgotten, there are few humans to help us, few know of the thousand year war.
