you can tape or glue them in place. For my revised book I used
tape where I could and just inserted the additional pages. Yep,
additional pages. See some of the revised pages had to be
longer than the book's page due to plot and story line. So
like if the page of the book was 15 but there were three revised pages, then the revised pages were numbered - 15 15b 15c
so it would not mess up the book's page numbers. There's only one
case where one revised page replaces three book pages and that one page has three page numbers on it.
It has all been designed to be easy to make a revised copy of your book.
