Dallas-Fort Worth Free Day of Yoga | Monday, Sept. 1, 2008

Dear Yogis and Yoginis,

The "official" Dallas FDOY count is 1,708...our endeavors truly paid off...these are fantastic numbers for our first year! 33 studios provided me with their # of participants which means there were students unaccounted for equating to even more participants for our first year! Per data received the combined average was 64% NEW STUDENTS who were introduced to the benefits of yoga in the Dallas Metroplex area! That equals approximately 1093 new students exposed to yoga!

Everyone had fun, thought the energy was great, that there was something unique about the fullness of the experience.
There were several comments regarding how nice it was to have the opportunity to connect with interesting like minded individuals and teachers from other studios at the event finale.
Most input mentioned that the studios / teachers and students had a positive experience / an uplifting day of yoga!
We were united in our opinions; we deepened our sense of community plus truly enjoyed our chance to be responsible stewards in this interconnected web of life that connects us all.
