Buildings

Capitol

The capitol is the seat of your rule. The center of your empire. It is where you construct buildings and research technologies. It is integral to victory.

Farm Fields

The farm field is your first building you can construct. It provides your people with food and with you credits for which you can research technologies, make new buildings, and train troops.

-Pottery

Granary: Half Price to: Aztecs, Iroquis, Celts, Summerians, Mayans, Incans

The granary stores food for later use. The granary stores food for when you have to train units, and each granary you build reduces the cost of the units so that you only pay 90%. You can have a total of 10, and the reductions stack.

 -Ceremonial Burial

Temple: Half Price to: Celts, Egyptians, Babylonians

The Temple is the spiritual center of your culture.  It has healing powers that enable those who enter it to regain their health quite literally).  It is the first healing structure available to you, and although it heals slowly, it can be down right nessecary for your armies survival.

-Literature

Library: Half Price to: Greeks, Summerians, Byzantines, Babylonians, Persians

The Library is a source of knowledge for your empire, where scientists can look on past research for new inspiration.  Each Library Reduces the cost (and subsequentially the buildtime) of each tech by 10%, with the maximum amount of libraries being 5.

-Currency

Market Place

The Market Place is a new source of income you can get once you research ccurrency.

-Construction

Fortress

The fortress is in a sense a base defense.  You are able to garrison certain units inside of it, and they shoot out.  (I might make it so you can hide units inside of it too, and they can't shoot out).  This building is tough, and a perfect place for your archers.

Colliseum

The Colliseum is a source of entertainent for your people.  You are nopt concerned with, however you are with the price they pay for tickets to the show.  A colliseum produces a large income.

 Aquaduct

The aquaduct is a source of water for your cities.  It allows your population to grow larger and support larger tier buildings (like the colliseum).  Perhaps the most important reason is that once you have access to large quantities of water, you can irrigate you farms.

Irrigated Farm

Irrigated Farms require a source of water (aka the aquaduct) in order to be built.  They produce far more than a normal farm does, but cost a little extra to build.
