Daemons In The Attic

An Interactive Exorcism by Björn "Ghost" Ludwig

Daemons In The Attic (or DITA for brevities sake) is an adventure game currently developed by Lost Craft. The game is under slow development, and this site is a collective source of information about the game's progress, complete with randomly added tutorials, downloadable content and much much more. There is a lot of loose content, sketches, designer's notes and everything. I think this whole load of stuff might be of interest for people out there how're into game design. Think of this site as a diary that will, eventually, result into a game. You may or may not find some of the facts, tutorials, notes interesting or at least entertaining, but you can rest assured: Eventually, you'll enter the attic. And there will be a daemon.

Who, and what, is Lost Craft?

Lost Craft is not exactly a company, it isn't even a trademark, and it's surely no cool acronym. It's a label I'm using as a convenient nome-de-plumee for the games I'm making. Why "Lost Craft"? Because that name reflects what I am practising: Pixel Art, adventure games, storytelling, forever trying to bring that glow into the faces of the audience that is so hard to achieve with today's jaded eyes. Lost Craft is currently just one man- me.  If you ask what kind of games I've already made, well, there are a few. Some of them are still floating around the web but will hardly be playable on modern hardware, modern OS not to mention. And thus I will keep quiet about them. I've made a small adventure game called Once Upon A Crime, which is available for download here. And I'm currently working on a game, working title Daemons In The Attic, and this site is mainly dedicated to that game.
