**Don't be upset if some of these have changed or are no longer available because there's
ALWAYS free websites and free hosting available. Ebooks in general - live forever out on

have become "extinct" - don't FREAK OUT! Instead, when this happens, try to grasp theidea the ebook is trying to get across, and look for an alternative. There will always be an

them the right to send you every piece of advertisement they can possibly find to try and
