Vital Signs Conference - Buffalo, NY
A new federal rule requires responders to wear the vests while conducting operations on roadways supported by federal dollars. Mandatory compliance is required by Nov. 24, 2008. View the Powerpoint presentation at the Responder Safety website here .

This legislation amends the public health law, in relation to demonstration programs for alternative forms for nonhospital orders not to resuscitate and makes the MOLST (Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment Program) permanent and statewide. This legislation would permit volunteer squads to purchase gas and diesel fuel at a discounted price from designated city agencies. You may use the text in this letter or write your own.
