If you have never done a youth triathlon before, here are links to suggested training schedules that are fun and easy to adapt. They are by no means a REQUIRED method of training. They were designed by the TriManiacs Triathlon Club in Atlanta to prepare kids for the Six Flags White Water Youth Triathlon and by a group called Youth Try Fitness in North Carolina:
