(Greek side) The apartment affords views across open farmland down to the sea. The larger resorts of Ayia Napa and protaras are only a short drive away. Local beaches are less than a five minute stroll with small sandy coves and soft golden sand. This fully air-conditioned apartment has its own private car parking space and large well established garden and BBQ Area The apartment has had the whole spacious patio area fully tiled with traditional terracota tiles to enhanse the Cypriot feel along with subtle outdoor lighting. This beautifully kept apartment has all the amenities you will find at home, including a mature Garden with water feature, large stone built BBQ illuminated patio and garden, fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar, satellite TV (ITV & BBC Channels) outdoor dinning, Subeds and chairs for all your tanning needs. Please scroll down to see the new patio which was laid in May 2007 with traditional terracotta tiles throughout the outside grounds.

The secrete garden (Above) which is a new edition is a secluded space among the mature garden and provides a peacful area to enjoy a quite place to read or enjoy breakfast in the early morning sun. This area is fully illuminated and fully tiled and has the advantage of a side access gate which leads out to the private car parking space.

The kitchen area provides all your culinary needs with plenty of workspace. The kitchen was recently refitted with Granite worktops and plenty of storage space. There is a large breakfast bar (Not in shot) with ample seating. A large fridge freezer, Microwave oven, Washing machine, Oven & Hob double sink and drainer, all set in a Dark Granite worktop. Also supplied is a Ironing board and steam iron. All cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied.
