C.A.E. guarantees most its products for life, not only to the original purchaser, but to all subsequent owners of the product as well.

C.A.E. guarantees most of its products against material and manufacturing defects of all "hard parts" manufactured by C.A.E.

C.A.E. will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part of  a guaranteed product "hard part", manufactured by C.A.E., that is worn, or has failed. Shipping to our facility will be paid by the customer, and return shipping of the repaired part to the customer will be paid by C.A.E. There will be no charge for the repair or part replacement.

C.A.E. does NOT WARRANT or GUARANTEE,  the "finish" of a part, or, parts made by other manufacturers, that are used in the fabrication of C.A.E products. These parts may include, but are not limited to: the motorcycle, saddles, springs, nuts, bolts, washers, fasteners, or any other "hard parts", or, any part that has been replaced by a part that was not originally intended to be used with our product.  C.A.E. does NOT WARRANT or GUARANTEE its products to withstand damage caused by an Act of God, natural disaster, accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or modification.

Modification, neglect or abuse of any C.A.E. part voids the guarantee!!!

C.A.E. has no control over how our customers install, maintain, or use our products. Therefore, C.A.E. assumes no liability concerning the installation, maintenance,use, or failure of its products, or, any individual part of its products. The purchaser, or subsequent owners acceptance of C.A.E. products, through purchase, or by gift, releases and waivers C.A.E., of all liability.

At C.A.E. we believe responsibility is a two way street. We have the responsibility to produce products of the highest quality, and follow up on all purchases with continued customer service. We also feel that our customers have the responsibility of installing, maintaining, and using our products in a safe and sensible manner.
