To save the blinkies you make, press Alt + Print Screen SysRq and open Paint and paste it [Ctrl + V ]. Then take out the blinkie you have made and save it as a picture on it's own!
To make your blinkie [ un-animated { if you wish for it to be animated, you need an animation program on your computer } ] , drag the bits and pieces you want to the white space on the screen ... now start building it!
