Glitter Animation Tutorial

Glitter images are very simple to make if you follow the below instructions:
1) First take an image that you want to use, I am using the Library Faerie. You will want to increase he color depth on the image so it will work properly, so go to color>>increase color depth>>16 million.

2) Take your magic wand and with it select the part of the image that you want to sparkle. I am doing the wings on my faerie.

3) For the next step, you will want to add a level of noise to your selected area. To do this, go under Effects>>Noise>>Add Noise. For the box marked Noise: ____%, enter a level that you want. I chose 60. Then select uniform select either uniform or random, whichever you prefer. Click ok.

4) You need to do these steps at least 3 times at different Noise levels to get the glitter effect.
5) Next, open up an animation program. I am using Animation Shop. Take your 3 images and paste them one after the other in your animation. It should look like this:
