Webmaster - Rachelle Rule OPL Saint John Vianney Catholic Community The website is designed for the benefit of those in our community rather than for the "advertisement" of our presence. We do, however, have background and historical information regarding our parish. This website has only been on line for a couple of months and is not quite complete in terms of schedules of different ministries and we are in the process of getting input from all our parish ministries. We ask them what they expect from a website and how our website can be of service to them. We are still receiving input from leaders of these ministries and have yet to hear from many others. Webmaster - Dr Francis Vincent RCIA Genesis - Catholic Church of St Anthony -Singapore The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process of discerning and the ritualizing stages of gradual conversion. Initiation of adults belongs to all the baptized. This spiritual journey is about a relationship over time with both God and the Catholic community. It is the Church's method of a faith journey of conversion. The journey has no time frame. Conversion occurs in God's time; not our time. The RCIA conversion process consists of four periods. Catholic Parish Website Webmaster - Ed Childers The site began as the St Tarcissus Catholic Parish Council page and was expanded to include the Parish and School. The page is maintained by two parishioners with several volunteers who work behind the scenes as moderators. A Web Site Committee includes a hand full of dedicated lay people that oversee this new venture for our Parish, that include the Principal, Pastor, School Board members, teachers, and school alumni who offer their computer programming and hardware skills free of charge. We are blessed to have such talents to draw upon. We are the 16th and newest National Shrine in the United States. We host retreats and prayer groups and have thousands of visitors to the Shrine every year. Twenty five thousand flowers planted every Spring add to the beauty of the Shrine and the lights at Christmas are worth the drive to see them
