I have in my Days vids lots with Sami and Lucas and their rocky relationship...... Sami is Eric Brady's ( JA's character) twin sister. Eric was a goody goody till he had an affair with his ex ( Nicole) while she was married to Victor ( played by Jennifer Aniston's dad ) and while Eric was seeing Greta. Who was a nice girl. After this Eric left town. Now Sami gets into lots of trouble on her own!Sami is played by Alison Sweeney who had a spot on Friends as Joey's co-star who didn't want her Soapy award. Brian D'Attilo has played Lucas Roberts Sami's love interest, friend, enemy and father to her son Will - but he also has some other connections! His older sister Kristin D'Attilo played the cute pizza delivery girl on the Friends epi where Ross can't flirt, she also played Zoe- Chris Isaaks manager on the Showtime hit The Chris Isaak Show. Lucas's Days sister Billie was played for several years by hottie Krista Allen ( Jade Blue Afterglow , X-Files; Mrs. Luthor #1 , Smallville; The Oracle, Charmed amongst other numerous guest appearances).

Kyle Lowder- former Brady Black on Days - now on Bold and the Beautiful. Wonderful talented singer as well as gorgeous actor! He is the blond Days actor who signs Monica's bra in the great Days of Our Lives Party episode of Friends. He is married to Arianne Zuker- former Nicole Walker on Days. Kyle's character was Jensen Ackle's character Eric Brady's step-brother and dated Eric's ex-girlfriend Nicole. Brady left with Chloe after tying up their storyline a couple of years ago.

Nadia and Kyle videos- beware- the sexy ones are too hot!

Medium- this is a sci-fi show in primetime on NBC- Patricia Arquette is the quintessential soccer mom with 3 little girls, a charming wonderful husband Joe and - oh yeah- she has dreams that help her solve crimes for the Phoenix DA's office. I love this show- great acting, writing etc- my one complaint- Could they please shoot a few outdoors scenes in the desert not LA? I live in Phoenix and hardly anyone has grass in their yards- the city's landscaping is primarily desert with few trees or grass and lots of cactus and rocks!

Produced by Kelsey Grammer this is a great show worthy of any sci-fi fans attention! My 60 something parents love it - Allison DuBois is a sympathetic psychic with backbone that appeals to all ages. Her kids on the show are great- eldest daughter Ariel is becoming a teen and has some abilities of her own, middle daughter Bridget is a riot! Funny, dry kid- you never know what she will say and youngest baby Marie is just starting to really talk and become a person- seeing if she has the family gift will be interesting. Husband Joe is a scientist and one of his ongoing quests is to try to figure out where Allison's gift comes from as it is prevalent in her family- her grandmother had the sight, her brother does and her kids seem to too.

ER- I admit I starting watching when this first premiered a jillion years ago and still love it! Watch John Stamos tear it up this season!

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit : Ok- I love this show! As depressing as the weekly stories are ( my sister and I jokingly refer to this as THE HAPPY SHOW- NOT!) the performances here are always first rate!

Mariska Hargity- gorgeous, empathetic and tough as Det. Olivia Benson- you know her mom the stunning Jayne Mansfield would be proud of the exceptional work her daughter has done on this show!

Christopher Meloni- Det. Elliot Stabler- hothead, passionate advocate for justice his strong masculine energy is the perfect ying to Hargity's yang. Previously best known for his work as the homosexual white supremecist prisoner on HBO's OZ- you tune to see how far Elliot will go for justice.

Richard Belzer- Det. John Munch- when Homicide: Life on the Streets ended, Munch moved north and joined the then brand new SVU. He has played this character in 2 precints for over 15 years! He also played Munch on the X-files episode Unusual Suspects making him a 3 show appearing detective!

Dan Florek-  Capt. Don Cragen- 1st seen on NBC as Roz' husband on L.A. Law, Dan went on to spend some quality time on Law and Order and appeared in the special L&O movie with Chris Noth before joining SVU.
