First we will meet for an initial interview and consultation. I do not charge anything for an interview; it is an opportunity for us to get acquainted, for you to find out what I have to offer as a doula, and let me address your questions.
Services:
After you have chosen to have me as your doula I will provide comprehensive services including the following:
Unlimited phone and email support (during daytime hours)
Two third trimester visits to
Help form birth plan
Discuss how each member of the birth team will work together
Practice postitions and comfort techniques
Continual support during birth time
One to two hours of assistance immediately after birth
Assistance with establishing breastfeeding
Two post partum visits
Photo CD of pictures taken during labor, delivery, and immediatly after (no additional fee just sign a release)
Fees:
My fee is $300. Half is due when you hire me (along with a signed consent form), and the other is due two weeks before your due date. This fee includes everything listed above.
Special Circumstances
If you are a teenage mother, low-income, or active military, I will donate my services FREE of charge!
