Custom Super Homes

After realizing the poor quality of construction due to the building materials used in the United States and the destructive effect of the Lumber and Cement industries, I (Dario Busch, Founder/Master Architect/Leadership), a Swedish Real Estate Speculator and Business Consultant living in St. Louis, Missouri, began researching the possibilities and created ("with a little help from my friends") superior building component systems that are manufactured using large quantities of recycled materials. They are cost effective, and have super attributes. In addition, we can recycle way over 200+ TONS of industrial byproducts (coal ash, steel, waste wood, and others) per 2,000 square foot structure built. Coal ash (a.k.a. fly-ash), which is a coal combustion byproduct, is a fine powdery material that is recovered from electrical power plants and any other coal driven plants. Waste wood is any type of wood that is land filled or piled up (waste pallets, chips, sawdust, paper flour, etc). The proprietary matrixes (mixes) are formed into building components (panels, blocks, tilt-wall and other shapes) used to build Real Estate. The electrical and plumbing systems connections can easily be pre-casted into the components (We are in the process of engineering our systems for the building of levees, bridges, and Highways). As you can see, this is clearly the birth of the biggest and most important recycling venture in the world!

The finished building components (ANY type, shape, or form can be custom made) are used to replace concrete, brick, adobe, and wood frame in construction. Complying with ASTM and BOCA standards means that municipalities must allow the use of the system in construction within their city according to the codes. COMPETITION

These are proprietary technologies so there is no real "competition" as the systems are unique. However, in the startup phase when the focus is on profiting from Real Estate, the competition are builders. You can also consider us to be in competition against lumber and concrete. Building with Our Proprietary (recycled) Building Materials results in a superior and more desirable construction vs. wood frame, brick, adobe and concrete block. Builders using traditional building materials stand no chance against the quality vs. costs efficiency of the systems. The construction quality considered “standard” today (sticks and chalk) is pitiful; therefore, the superiority of our system is gaining strong public awareness. MARKET SIZE

This is THE BIGGEST INDUSTRY IN THE WORLD! 1% of it is bigger than the computer industry, including the Internet! According to the U.S. Census, 50% of America's wealth lays in building materials. There are approximately 1.8 Million new residential construction sites (commercial not included) being started in the U.S. every year and on average, Americans move to a new house every 6 years. There are approximately 210 cement plants in the U.S. that can be replaced with Our Proprietary (recycled) Building Material plants and 4,000 to 5,000 ready mix plants (where cement is mixed with aggregate and water to produce concrete) that could be replaced with Our Proprietary (recycled) Building Material production plants (SHOP). The Portland Cement Association estimates that U.S. cement consumption has averaged between 75 and 90 million tons per year during the last decade and projects that consumption will exceed 100 million tons per year. Worldwide, cement production totaled 1.25 billion tons, according to the U.S. Bureau of Mines. The U.S alone imports enough lumber for over 50,000 homes/year from Canada. This is without counting the forests that the U.S. itself exploits to extract lumber.
