We offer a 5 year workmanship guarantee on all of our contracted jobs, in writing. Any problems that arise with your new roof due to workmanship will be repaired and fixed in a timely manner, at no additional charge. We will also gladly tranfer our warranty to another homeowner in the event of a change of ownership. There is no charge for this transfer. This is one of the longest and best warranties in the roofing industry.

We offer limited warranty protection on our repairs. This is provided to our customers at the time the repair is done, and it varies depending upon the type and scope of the work done.

Material warranties are carried by the manufacturer, not Custom Roofing LLC. They vary according to the manufactures offering the warranty. We are happy to provide customers with manufacture brochures on a variety of roofing materials. Just ask!
