Shipping Charges
All gowns are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Europe. Gowns will be shipped Express Mail Shipping for $66.00 per gown.
Method of Shipping
Shipments will be sent via Express Mail Service to countries that offer such service.
Custom Wedding Gowns will notify you if a different shipping service is required. Depending on your location, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your order.
For faster delivery, orders can be sent via Federal Express for an additional charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
Please note: All wedding gowns will be packaged with care. However, they will not be pressed before leaving the factory. Therefore, expect some wrinkling. Thank you.
Import Custom Fees
In order to avoid having to pay the high cost of import custom fees, all shipments containing more then 5 items will be sent
in split shipments. For example, an order of 8 wedding gowns will be sent in two separate shipments containing 4 gowns
each. This not only allows for cheaper importing but also allows for easier importing of your shipments.
Refund and Shipping Policy
Buyer pays shipping, handling, and insurance. Insurance is optional and responsibility of buyer. Custom Wedding Gowns cannot guarantee any item arriving safely without insurance. Please contact us for purchase of insurance. Since these gowns are custom, handmade at order time, there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing.
