won their respective County Cup (Northern) Finals this
weekend.

After next week each league splits into two for the remaining half
of the season. In the West the league split is fairly clear now
hence fixtures will be issued for the remaining weeks of the season
shortly.

COACHING WORKSHOPS -
Details of 2 x workshops, which are being piloted within the
Allerdale* District, can be downloaded here. These are for qualified cricket coaches and
your current qualification will determine which course is suitable.
Further details as per form but places are limited.
* If you are from a Non-Allerdale Club, your booking
will not be confirmed until 23rd March, when the Allerdale priority
booking period expires - however, you are VERY welcome to send in
your booking form now & will then be first on the waiting list
on that date!

The
2008 CJCL AGM was held at Cockermouth on Monday 11th
February.
We are delighted to see 64
teams taking part this season - 7 more than 2007, and
exciting new league structures for U13 and U15 age groups will provide good
competitive cricket for all abilities.
The
introduction of two new trophies - the Under 13
Plate and the Under 15 Plate, give every
team something to play for right up to the end of the
season.
