Venue 1 : Workington
Workington Progress
Workington Blue 38-6 (Lewis Hull 2-4) v Workington 41-1 (Callum Sutton 25) Workington Blue 81-5 (Cameron Bell 18 not out Johnny Norman 2-7 Tom Norman 2-4) v Cockermouth Gold 82-4 (Dom Saunderson 27 ret J Stephenson 24 Greg Charters 2-14) An excellent performance from a young Workington Blue team, to record a total of 81, against a much more experienced Cockermouth outfit. However, their experience shone through in the end, with some excellent hitting from Dom Saunderson, and J Stephenson, with one memorable six in particular, from Saunderson, not only clearing the boundary, but going clean out of the ground. Workington 85-3 (Lewis Hull 26 ret Liam Hazzard 21 Johnny Norman 2-10) v Cockermouth Gold 14ao (Zak Jones 1.4-1-0-3 Lewis Hull 2-0-8-2 Jack Richardson 2-1-1-1) A very solid performance from a keen Workington team. Batting first, they set a good tempo, eventually managing to score 85 , a total which put pressure on Cockermouth. This was backed up by a good opening spell from both Jack Richardson & Lewis Hull, leaving Cockermouth with too much to do. Overall a great morning of Junior cricket, between three very keen teams, which was enjoyed everyone who attended. A good combination of big hitting, some excellent and keen ground fielding from all three teams, and some excellent bowling, all contrived to produce a very enjoyable experience-everyone concerned. | Venue 5 : Keswick

First game saw Seascale start well, posting a good total of 99, midway through their innings cleator were up against it at 44/2, however they held their nerve, to win with 1 ball to spare. Seascale then took on Workington, Twins Will & Tom King, got Seascale off to a great start though Workington held their nerve with some accurate bowling from Wilson & Armstrong, who between them bowled 4 overs, for just 7 runs, taking two wickets between them. In response Josh Steele got Workington's innings off to a flying start, helping them to 31 off the first two overs, some big hitting from Liam Hazzard, and a more controlled innings from Oliver Wison, saw Workington home with an over to spare. In the decider between Cleator & Workington, the visitore batted first, again their innings got off to a flyer, thanks to Josh Steele, (28 ret) which was well backed up by Liam Armstrong (26 ret). In response Craig Sharpe batted in a very mature mature manner, holding their innings together, eventually retiring on 27, though again, some excellent bowling from Wilson & Armstrong helped Workington maintain contol Keswick : Keswick, Appleby and Cockermouth Green
