Getting to Know The Pasek Family
Lynette Pasek was born February 13th 1970 in Newfane, NY. She had a daughter, and continued to reside in western New York. She met Stephen Pasek in the winter of 2002 and got married on May 25th 2002. They had dreams and goals of moving to Georgia and finally made that dream a reality in October 2002.
Everything was going peachy. Stephen was working as an area manager for a large plumbing company and Lynette became a Nutritional Assistant at Catersville High School. Sadness struck when the two went to New York after the passing of Stephen’s mother, Kay Pasek in March of 2007.
As if things were not bad enough, Lynette went to the hospital shortly after with heart complications. The Pasek family now had even more bad news, as the doctors told Lynette and Stephen that Lynette had serious heart and kidney failure and that it was a possibility that she would need a heart transplant.
Life was now very different for the Pasek family. Without the matriarch of the family and Lynette with serious health conditions, daily life became more determined. Stephen continued to work long hours at his job and on their beloved home.
Just when things could not get worse, they did. In June of 2008, Stephen Pasek suffered from a heart attack and did not make it. This has been a real tragedy that we are all still suffering the loss of. Stephen was an excellent husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
With Stephen no longer with us, support for Lynette and the many health issues has become even more dire. We appreciate your thoughts, kindness, and the time reading this somber passage. We hope that you can make it out to this years motorcycle benefit run in support of Lynette.
