Our home was chosen in 1992. We had lived for 4 1/2 years, and an additional 5 years as a single, all in a brick apartment about 1 mile away.

Months  before the birth of Joseph, January 1993, we began shopping to find that larger house for our growing family. We looked for a house primarily close to our church, one that had an attached garage and one that could serve as the first base of our janitorial and carpet cleaning service company.

Parents helped us put a down payment on the house. By 2002 we were able to burn the mortgage! To God be the Glory.

This Year We Learned about Pear trees. They need mates.

This year we had many blooms

We decided to purchase already budding trees to germinate our 4 yr old Bartlett pear.

It looks as though we'll get many more this year!
