Cronies FC officially took over from Were Settle For A Draw AFC on 18th November 2007 ahead of the new season on the 19th. WSFAD AFC had only previously played 1 season in which they finished bottom of the 2nd division (Championship). They were not relegated however, as Pitch Invasion changed the structure to 2 instead of 3 leagues.
