Feel like trying yoga, but not sure where to start?

Yoga for the rest of us is the perfect solution for you. We won't be getting you in head stand or the splits in the first class. Our aim is to introduce you to the different types of yoga gently. We'll explore different postures and show you how when done with awareness, they can be very beneficial.

We specialize in yoga classes for beginners and seniors. Once you've familiarize yourself with the various types of yoga you will be able to decide whether, hatha, anasura or power is the right yoga for you.

Our classes are taught by gifted instructors who have been teaching and living the yogic way for many years.
