We are changing out breeding program and going ALL MISSOURI FOX TROTTERS!!!
We will however keep our other two breeding studs (APHA buckskin colored and homozygous for tobiano and our AQHA Cremello 92% Foundation stud as well) but selling almost all of our Quarter Horse broodmares and Paint mares. The rest will be our fox trotter mares used for our trail riding/driving and our breeding program. It was a very hard decision to make but, most of our clients have been asking for the gaited mares and that is what we like the best of all as well. So, please check out of broodmare pages and for sale pages and get yourself some nice stock at a very low more than reasonable price. We are trying to downsize as well so no trades for more horses unless they are fox trotter mares. We are looking for only well bred, well mannered horses that are naturally gaited and may consider traded two of our mares for one fox trotter mare. We are also willing to trade for non-eating items. Also No geldings please, as we do not have any use for geldings. We will consider non-eating items as partial trades on our mares, but prefer cash sales. Will do a free lease or a lease with option to buy (local only) and you must have references. Payment plans are with approval only, and we also take credit cards for deposits or partial payments. ATTENTION REGARDING THE TACK SHOP!!! Before summer is over, we will be moving the shop back home due to fuel costs and lack of time for the horses. Im finding it hard to find the time to give to all the horses and have time to ride as well. So, I have decided it best to move it back home, thus I will be open more, have the same porices on my items (most places are increasing their products prices due to inflation, I dont want to do that to my customers) so we will let everyone know when I am back to the house on Miner St Rd. Same phone number, longer hours open and same low $ saving prices on my products!!!!

Foxtrot in and lope around awhile........................
Where horses of all different colors run through our pastures as we watch the foals graze and grow up before our eyes. What beautiful foals we are proud to sell and offer to our customers. All with color, confirmation and great bloodlines and we offer these horses at reasonable prices so all can afford. Good homes are a must.
We are located in the northern Adirondack area of upstate N.Y. just outside of a small town called "Canton".
Here at C-R Little Farm we raise Paint, Pinto, Quarter Horse and Missouri Fox Trotters. We are standing 3 stallions, 1 of which is Quarter Horse and the very popular Cremello which is homozygous dilute gene and 92% foundation quarter horse, 1 being a flashy buckskin tobiano and is also homozygous for the tobiano gene so he is guaranteed to produce spotted foals even on solid mares , and 1 being a Missouri Fox Trotter and a rare Perlino Color that carries the the double dilute gene as well. We love the ODD colored horses and especially the dilutes. We are a family oriented farm and the we all help with all of the chores and all have a love for the horses as well. We enjoy riding and enjoy the anxiousness of the new arrivals of the foals every year. Every mare has a special place here and never seems to "not" surprise us with her special gift after 11 months of curiosity, anticipation and patience.
We hope you stop back again to see the new foals every year and the new mares we may add from time to time. We are very chosey in finding the right mares to cross with our stallions. Every one is a select contribution to our fastly growing herd. If you have a question on what color our stallions will produce with your mares, feel free to ask. We have many horses for sale and are willing to do bartering for breedings /trades for stock we have for sale.
