Please read through this section carefully before you reserve a baby...

1) All babies must be picked up or delivered within 10 days of availability. I would love to make exceptions to this, but I just don't have the space...

2) I am currently located in Simi Valley, but I deliver to much of So Cal. I charge $0.75 mile (you only pay one way)  for Any delivery, even just a few blocks away. This pays for both my time and gas and is usually cheaper than any other form of live animal transport. I will deliver up to 100 miles away.  I offer free delivery to Moorpark and Camarillo on most Mondays...

3) My babies are guaranteed healthy and friendly, but being taken from their family and transported to your home is very stressful for them. If they show signs of nervousness or illness, I simply ask that you give them a week on echinacea, with light socialization/ family time. If you are still not satisfied that your baby is what I promised you, you have another 7 days to bring it back for a full refund. After 14 days of purchase, I will still take the rat back, but there will be no refund. Remember that a rat with a buddy is always a healthier, happier pet!

4) In order to reserve a baby, please include in your email

- a little about yourself and your rat experience or knowledge

- the rat you want to reserve or the type you are hoping for

- a phone number

- and the city you live in

Please email me if there is a certain colour, coat type, etc. that you are looking for - if I can breed it or know someone who can I'll let you know...

5) If you've never owned rats before I strongly suggest buying a book about them, as well as reading my 'rat care and info' page. It can be extremely helpful for everything from mundane behavioral problems to easily avoided life and death situations!

6) And last but not least, keep in mind that I will be around to answer your questions for the life of your rat!
