Supplies:
Paint Shop Pro
Tube of your choice
Simple Filters1. Resize your tube to no more than 300 across let the height adjust automatically.
2. Choose a dark for your foreground and a light for your background color
3. Copy your tube and minimize your tube for now.
4. New image 1280 x 320 transparent.
5. Selections, select all and paste into selection. Select none.
6. Effects, image effects and seamless tiling at the default setting.
7. Adjust, blur, radial Blur at this setting
8. Make a new raster layer and send to the bottom.
9. Flood fill your new layer with your darker color and merge visible.
10. effects, simple, 4 way average
11. Effects, simple, Center tile.
12. This is not a step you have to complete. If your background is to dark for your text you may want to add a new layer and flood fill with your light color. Lower your opacity till it's good for text and you like it.
13. Copy your main tube and paste it as a new layer. Take your move tool and take it over to the left side (right if you want to be different)
14. Duplicate your tube and make sure you are on the original layer.
15. Adjust, blur, radial blur at the same settings as before.
16. Add a drop shadow to your blur and your tube layer. Follow this screen shot.
17. Add your watermark and copyrights where needed and merge all flatten.
18. File, export, export as jpeg. Save it at 25 and bring to letter creator.
